What kind of merchandise do you offer?
We carry a small selection of branded items (hats, shirts, stickers, etc.) that reflect the shop and the work. Inventory changes, so check the shop page for current offerings.
Do you ship merchandise internationally?
Yes, in most cases. Shipping costs and any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Can I return merchandise?
Unworn, unused merchandise in original condition can typically be returned within 14 days. Contact me first for return instructions. Custom or personalized items are final sale.
Are the hats made by you as well?
No. The custom felt hats in the shop are made by Pascal Baboulin (Virginia City Hat Maker), who shares the Pioneer Emporium space with me. We are separate businesses but work side-by-side.
